Key responsibilities
- Sales of blown film, cast film and sheet extrusion lines and achieving the targets of sales for certain countries in SEA
- Fixing own appointments and appointments for important projects with the sales manager of the Business Units
- Identify and target new and existing costumers as well as proactive development of accounts and maintain strong and long-term relationships
- Understand costumer's needs, translate them into technical requirenments and discuss them with the supplying Business Units
- Explain proposals to the costumers in a convincing manner to negotiate sales contracts and close deals
- Systematically develop and analyze sales figures with the sales departments in Germany, also under consideration of competitors' moves
- Represent Reifenhäuser at exhibitions, technical conferences and conduct presentations
Qualifications
- Degree in a technical disciple preferrd (engineering, machinery, plastics, or in other technology-driven sectors) or comprehensive and versatile "on-the-job" experience
- Proven sucess track record in at least another sales psotion in the investment good sector, ideally in the plastics machinery industry
- Good knowledge of the SEA market in the relation of costumers and competition
- Ideally: Knowledge of the products of Reifenhäuser and technical knowledge about the products of our competitiors
- String communication skills and the ability to communicate with costumers individuals on all levels
- Ability to work both individually and collaboratively in a team enviroments with an international framework
- Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 75%) in SEA and occasionally to Germany
