Key Responsibilities
- Inspire, lead and develop the regional sales team (professional and disciplinary) to achieve ambitious growth targets and strategic account objectives.
- Define and execute the Asia-Pacific sales strategy in close alignment with our business units in Germany.
- Drive sustainable market expansion across the region and securing profitable growth
- Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions, taking full ownership of the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract closing.
- Identify, acquire and strategically develop new and existing customers while building trusted, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Work closely with technical, sales, service, spare parts and modification teams in Germany and across the region to ensure a consistent, customer-driven solutions and an outstanding service experience.
- Represent Reifenhäuser at regional exhibitions, industry events and technical conferences with professionalism, confidence and impact.
Your Profile
- Proven sales success within the plastics industry, plastics machinery or capital equipment sector (preferably in extrusion-related industries).
- Strong sales talent combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to engage confidently with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Leadership experience or clear leadership potential with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams in an cross-cultural environment.
- Experience managing sales through direct teams and sales agents, including structured account management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking and the ambition to build and grow a sustainable long-term business.
- Highly self-motivated, well-organized and able to manage priorities effectively in a dynamic international environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Asia-Pacific region and regularly to our HQ in Germany.
