Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales of extrusion components, including extruders, screws, barrels, dies, and other Reifenhäuser products
- Drive the sales of blow film line components, such as calibration cages, profile measurement systems, and air cooling systems
- Approach new and exciting customers, proactively develop accounts while maintaining strong, long-term relationships
- Determine and assess technical condition of equipment and systems, overseeing inspections, maintenance and upgrade of lines
- Understand customers' needs, translate them into technical requirements, and discuss them with the supplying Business Units
- Prepare technical-commercial offers in close coordination with the headquarter
- Present proposals effectively to customers, negotiate contracts and close deals
- Represent Reifenhäuser at exhibitions and technical conferences
Qualifications
- Degree in a technical discipline preferred (engineering, machinery, plastics, or in other technology-driven sectors) or comprehensive and versatile "on-the-job" experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the plastics or machinery industry, combined with a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor issues directly on machinery
- Proven record of sucessful sales management, with a hands-on, and customer-oriented approach
- Highly self-motivated and organzied, with the abiliy to independently manage complex sales cycles
- Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English, German is an asset
- Experience with Salesforce is an asset
- Residence in Turkey
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% (mostly within Turkey, occasionally to Germany)
