• Toubleshooting and perform electrical service for blown film and flat film extrusion lines
• Determine and assess technical condition of equipment and systems, overseeing inspections, maintenance and upgrade of lines

• Communicate with in-house teams to help customers resolve technical issues 

• Document warranty claims, determine the damage extent, and jointly define and execute corrective actions as specified
• Provide technical consultancy to customers and promote service products (spare parts, maintenance, modifications, and trainings)
• Provide technical training to operators and maintenance staff
• Create reports and technical documents, as well as maintain records
